Sometimes things turn out differently than planned – canceling or interrupting a trip can be expensive. We therefore recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung so that you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. Here you can take out insurance quickly and easily online.
Your booking can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that 100% of the booked arrangement is due. In the event of no-show, 100% of the total price is also due.
We will therefore send you a request for a deposit 30 days before arrival with the reservation confirmation and ask you to transfer the amount due on time. Additional costs such as final cleaning, bread service, visitor’s tax… etc. are to be paid on site on the day of departure.
