Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 apply to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.<\/p>\n

4. non-smoking
All apartments are non-smoking areas. Smoking is only permitted outside. <\/p>\n

5. cleanliness & garbage
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Dishes must be cleaned and garbage
separated accordingly. <\/p>\n

6. energy & sustainability
Please use energy consciously: Keep windows closed when heating and switch off appliances.<\/p>\n

7. parking
Free parking spaces are available.<\/p>\n

8. pets (IMPORTANT)
Dogs are only allowed after prior request, confirmation and availability and are only permitted in the
Apartments Sonnenspitze, Wannig, Loisach and Panorama. A maximum of two dogs
are allowed per apartment. Dogs must have liability insurance, be well-groomed, house-trained and well-behaved. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the entire
outdoor area. Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or seating
. Dogs must bring their own bedding and towels. After walks, dogs must be cleaned up before entering
the house. It is not permitted to defecate in the garden. Please use
dog bags. Our separate dog house rules also apply, which are a binding part
of your stay. Pets are not allowed in any other apartments for future bookings. <\/p>\n

Please close all windows and doors when leaving and report lost keys immediately.<\/p>\n
